2009 Delaware 4th of July Parade

The Optimist Club of Delaware is looking for participants for the 4th of July parade. The parade will be Saturday, July 4th, 2009 and will start at 11:30 a.m.

The theme of this year's parade will be:

Red, White & Blue

Those wishing to sign up can download, fill out and mail in this entry form to the Club at the address listed on the form by June 26th. (Adobe Reader, a free program, is required to open the downloadable form.)

Participants must be signed in at the Delaware Fairgrounds at the Main Entrance off Pennsylvania Avenue between 9:00 am and 11: 00 am. Awards will be given for the Best of Parade Theme, Most Patriotic, and Best of Youth. To be judged, participants must be in their assigned places by 10:00 a.m.
